Singapore: paradise
Between hectic markets and sophisticated restaurants in Singapore is no shortage of opportunities for those who said no to the meat. Not to mention that the local food plays the most of the contributions of those in Asia, from Malaysia to China with forays into the traditional nyonya, and then: refined use of lemon, coconut and tamarind. The dishes are not all vegetarians, but you will go into a trance by ordering a laksa lemak (a noodle soup with coconut and spices). Stuff to Nirvana.

India: paradise
Two words: dosa and thali, two of the best contributions of South India to the happiness of the world. The first is a kind of celebration all-you-can-eat, with capacities ranging from simple rice with lentils and curry in sumptuous banquets of an unspecified number of courses. The second is the most delicious snack that can be found around the Subcontinent: pancakes with rice and lentils flavored with onion by soaking in a tasty lentil soup ever. There is no bread for the teeth of carnivores in these parts.

Morocco: paradise
The colors of the spices that come together for a walk in the souq are hypnotic. Be careful, therefore, not all the dishes "vegetarians" are entirely without meat, even if the tagine cooked with fruit in the typical cone-shaped pieces are sublime. Even the harira, the national soup of Morocco, may contain meat: ask the vegetarian version with chickpeas and lentils and you will be in paradise in this part of northern Africa. If a food culture is judged by bread then ... well, the Khubz is fantastic!

Eating vegetarian (and good) in Germany seems an easy thing, but beware: even in the best restaurants in Berlin is easy for your vegetable soup cook at the last minute add a bit 'of bacon - so, for a form of passion national. On the contrary, the meat dishes are excellent: German cuisine, from this point of view, deserves more consideration of that it enjoys. The frankfurters, for example. The Germans know at least 1500 sauces to eat them and go into a trance, not just mustard and ketchup.
